This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members and the property comprised in Survey No.68/3 to an extent of Western Side 13⁄4 cents and Eastern side 15 cents situated at Madakulam Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that they have not received any representation from the petitioner so far.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to give afresh representation to the second respondent police and on such representation, the second respondent police is directed to consider the same in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
