ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition for police protection.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The report has been called for from the Special Court. The Presiding officer of the Special Court has sent a report from which it can be seen that already P.W.1 and P.W.2 were examined and they have not complained before the trial Court of any threat, which is given to them.

4. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions would submit that now the trial itself is complete and the matter stands posted for arguments.
