JAGADEESAN.K, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition in paragraph No.6, imposed in the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.20288 of 2022, dated 16.11.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are unable to comply with the condition imposed by this Court. Hence, this petition.

CRL MP(MD) No.15133 of 2022 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have not complied with the condition, even for a single day. Hence, prays to dismiss the petition.

4.In view of the above, it is seen that without complying with the condition, even for a single day, the petitioners have filed this petition for modification. Hence, there is no merits in this petition.
