The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 2(14), 2(16) (a), (b), (c), 9, 39(1) (a), (d), 39(3) a, b, c, 50, 57, 51(1) of Wild Life Protection Act, 1972 in WLOR No.17 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When this Court has expressed its mind that this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought for permission to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition.
