This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1546 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21096 of 2022, dated 31.01.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on receipt of summons. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
