(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard both sides.

2. The appellant is running a ricemill. She was served with demand notice calling upon her to pay a sum of Rs.34,38,000/-. Challenging the same, she filed W.P.(MD)No.19988 of 2022. The writ petition was dismissed vide order dated 15.11.2022 calling upon the petitioner to work out her right before the appellate forum. Challenging the same, this writ appeal came to be filed. The Hon'ble Division bench granted interim relief to the appellant on 01.12.2022. She was however directed to pay a sum of Rs.17,00,000/-. The appellant has since complied with the said condition. Therefore, the appellant can very well work out her rights before the appellate forum without being called upon to make any further payment. The appellant undertakes to file an appeal before the 2/4

appellate forum (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum), Madurai within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and as and when it is submitted, it shall be numbered without reference to limitation. The appellant will not be put on terms. Interim order of this Bench shall continue till the disposal of the appeal. The appellate forum shall dispose of the appeal on merits and in accordance with law. All the contentions of the appellant are left open. The writ appeal is disposed of. No costs.
