[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESHKUMAR, J.] This Contempt Petition is filed for the alleged disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.A.(MD)No.979 of 2019 dated 06.11.2019. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents has submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with as the respondents have completed survey as early as on 11.03.2020 itself.

3.The said submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents is also endorsed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and he would also submit that the order of this Court has been complied with.
