side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition had been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court, dated 21.09.2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16533 of 2022 by permitting the petitioner to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner along with the co-accused were granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.(MD)No16533 of 2022. Subsequently, when the other accused gone to comply with the condition, they were harassed by the respondent Police and thereby, they filed a petition before this https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.15104 of 2022 Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.12429 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16533 of 2022 seeking for modification of the conditions. This Court, by an order, dated 18.10.2022 modified the conditions directing the petitioners therein to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Kumbakonam every day at 10.30 am until further orders. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Kumbakonam, everyday at 10.30 am until further orders. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police, as and when required for investigation.
