ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the proceedings in M.C.No.27 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, within a specified time fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the first petitioner has been paying interim maintenance regularly that though the case is pending from 2014, the case is adjourned again and again and that therefore, he was constrained to file the above application for expediting the disposal of the case.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and also taking note of the fact that the maintenance case is pending from 2014, the learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the case within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
