ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner is a TASMAC employee on contract basis. He has been issued with charge memo. He has not been suspended from service nor allowed to report for duty. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he has not been paid salary arrears also. In these circumstances, he has given a representation to the respondent and he wants the same to be considered.
3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent states that serious allegation of misappropriation has been made against the petitioner.
4. I am not going into the merits of the matter. I direct the respondent to dispose of the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
