ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by a Physical Education Teacher seeking a Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the explanation submitted by him on 16.06.2023.
2. According to the petitioner, a show cause notice was issued by the 2nd respondent herein on 01.06.2023 calling for an explanation why the 2nd incentive increment granted to him should not be recovered. For the said show cause notice, the petitioner has submitted his explanation to the 2nd respondent on 16.06.2023. So far, the 2nd respondent has not chosen to pass any orders.
3. Considering the above said facts, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass orders on the explanation submitted by the writ petitioner on 16.06.2023 within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
