ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 3 and 4 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the fifth respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fifth respondent, the petitioner was summoned but he has not turned up. But the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner along with his advocate had appeared in pursuance of the summons issued, but the third respondent insisted the petitioner to settle the matter with the fifth respondent. 2/4

3. Recording the submissions made on either sides, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
