O R D E R

Heard both sides.

2.On the ground that the petitioner's husband was engaged in unauthorized Allopathy practice in the petition mentioned premises, the building was sealed.

3.Seeking its desealing, the present writ petition came to be filed. I wanted the petitioner as well as her husband to file an appropriate affidavit before this Court undertaking that they will not engage in such illegal practice. Admittedly, the petitioner's husband is not a qualified Allopathy Doctor. Therefore, he cannot engage himself in Allopathy practice. 4.Since an undertaking has been given by the petitioner as well as her husband, the respondents are directed to de-seal the premises immediately.
