ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 24.07.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.16681 of 2024.

2. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the respondents 7 and 8 in the writ petition have forwarded the pension papers of the writ petitioner to the first and sixth respondents in the writ petition. However, the sixth respondent by his proceedings, dated 22.11.2024 has returned the proposals to the Management marking a copy to the writ petitioner to the effect that there is discrepancy with regard to the name of the writ petitioner. circumstances, the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to respond to the communication of the fifth respondent in the writ petition, dated 22.11.2024.
