This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 59 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the order and Serial No.4 and 5 of Ex.Order dated 12.6.2024 in E.S.I.O.P.No.14 of 2012, on the file of the Employees State Insurance Court(Labour Court), Madurai. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. The learned counsel for the respondents have no serious objection in allowing this Petition. 3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
