ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The respondents are directed to produce the petition mentioned vehicle immediately before the jurisdictional civil Court. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court for return of the vehicle. If any such petition is filed, the same shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of seven days thereafter.

3. With this liberty to the petitioner and direction to the jurisdictional Court, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
