Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SATHYACHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side)on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P (MD).No.15264 of 2023, dated 22.09.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, police.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioners in paragraph No. 4 that the petitioners shall 2/3

appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on receiving summons as directed by the trial Court.
