2.Heard Mr.Veera Kathiravan, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.C.Harold Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondents.

3.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above miscellaneous petition.

4.Since the reasons are to the satisfaction of this Court, the above petition is ordered and the delay of 66 days in filing the review application is hereby condoned.

5.Registry is directed to number the Review Application, if the papers are otherwise in order.
