O RDER This petition is filed seeking direction to the Respondent No.2 not to harass the petitioner.

2.One jeeva send a complaint to the second respondent herein stating that in respect of the property, a suit in O.S.No.44 of 2017 is pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kumbakonam. Pending the above said civil process, this petition has been filed with the help of his own brother alleged to have broken open the lock and entered into the property and occupied the same. Similarly a case in C.C.No.790 of 2023 is also pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam. Pending this process, it appears that the petitioner alleged to have entered into the lease agreement with Jeyakumar by paying a sum of Rs.10 lakhs, on 31.07.2023.

3.In view of the above, let complaint given by the third respondent be enquired on its own merits and the petitioner shall produce the above said lease agreement document. Depending upon the out come of the enquiry, further action 2/4

may be taken and enquiry be completed by the second respondent within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above said direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
