ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents.

2. The petitioner alleges that Survey No.193, Mathur Village has been encroached upon. The learned Special Government Pleader confirmed that it is a water body. It is also stated that survey was conducted and that it disclosed the existence of the encroachment. Form I notice has been issued.

3. We direct the respondents 2 & 3 to take the process to its logical conclusion. Due process of law shall be adhered to. Notice shall be issued to all the encroachers. Encroachment shall be removed within a period of four months form the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
