ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the petitioner's wife.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner's wife was registered in CSR.No.194 of 2022 and after enquiry, it was ordered to be closed on 03.12.2022.
