ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents police to provide police protection to the petitioner, petitioner's husband and the family members of the petitioner's husband.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had married one Mukeshbabu, who is belonging to SC community, for which, the petitioner's parents and relatives are taking steps to lodge false complaint against them and hence, she filed the present petition.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner's parents appeared before the second respondent police and endorsed that they would not disturb the petitioner and her husband.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 05.12.2022 Index :
