This writ petition is filed as against the order of punishment imposed on the petitioner by the respondent. 2.Today(12.12.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as against the order of punishment, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Senior Regional Manager and the appeal was allowed on 13.03.2022. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
