ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under section 498(A) of I.P.C., in Crime No.not known of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of seven days. If the respondent intends to register an First Information Report against the petitioners, the respondent shall issue notice under Section 41 A of Cr.P.C. to the petitioners.
