body or detenu, namely, Soori @ Surya, S/o.Natarajan, aged about 24 years now detained at Central Prison, Trichy before this Court and set him at liberty.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, by producing a proceeding in G.O.Rt.No.8221, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department dated 08.12.2022, submitted that the detention order has been revoked. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
