ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 416, 420, 465, 468, 120(b), 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No. 439 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The petitioner's earlier petition for anticipatory bail was dismissed by me on 26.11.2019, after the learned counsel for the petitioner made an endorsement for withdrawing the same. It was specifically ordered that the only course open to the petitioner is to surrender before the Court concerned and apply for regular bail. Hence I am not inclined to entertain the second petition for anticipatory bail.
