Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is an aspirant for the post of Village Assistant. He has given a representation regarding his participation and also the manner of selection.

3.I am conscious that a candidate cannot not dictate terms to the selection authority. Be that as it may, the second respondent is directed to bear the concerns expressed by the petitioner in mind and conduct the selection process accordingly.
