ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.09.2024 for the offences under Sections 296(b), 118(1), 351(3) and 303

(2) BNS (hereinafter referred to as new penal code) in Crime No.230 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 3.Considering the seriousness of the allegation made in the FIR, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail petition at this stage. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. As and when the final report is filed, the petitioner can revive his claim for bail.
