ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.Not Known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seekS anticipatory bail.

2.It is a matrimonial dispute. The petitioners are shown as respondents in C.S.R.No.794 of 2022.

3.Since it is a matrimonial dispute, the respondent police has to undertake the enquiry process as per law.

CRL OP(MD). No.21374 of 2022 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that summons has been issued to the petitioner to appear before the enquiry officer on 03.12.2022.

5.Since no case has been registered against the petitioners and only the petition enquiry is pending, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings, if any trouble arises.
