JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) The prayer of the appellant / writ petitioner was for a mandamus, directing cancellation of a partition deed registered as Doc.No.746/2006 on 25.05.2006 before the Sub Registrar, Swamimalai,

The learned Judge has disposed the writ petition being of the view that the document was of the year 2006 and hence, circulars relied upon by the writ petitioner that related to the subsequent periods, would not apply to that document. The learned Judge, hence directed the writ petitioner to approach the jurisdictional civil Courts for appropriate remedy.

3. We are in agreement with the view of the learned Judge, and find nothing untoward in that order. Hence, we dismiss this writ 2/4
