ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police

for the alleged offences under Sections 85, 115(2) and 351 of the BNS, in Crime No.43 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. There are totally 4 accused persons in this case and the petitioner has been arrayed as A1 and he is the husband of the defacto complainant.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that there is a matrimonial dispute, there is no requirement for custodial interrogation but there shall be a direction to the respondent police to resort to the procedure under Section 35 of the BNSS by issuing summons to the petitioner asking him to attend the enquiry.
