O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2022 and conduct enquiry and dispose the same.

2. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has made a representation dated 02.06.2022, to the second respondent seeking to cancel the fraudulent documents created by the respondents 4 to 13. But the same was not considered till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

4. Heard Mr.C.Saravanakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Selvaganesan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for respondents 1 to 3.

Considering the above facts, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to the parties concerned, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
