Hence, no further orders are required in this petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the first respondent Police is directed to file the charge sheet before the concerned Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
