The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 109, 302 and 120(b) of I.P.C., in Crime No.195 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.The petitioner's earlier bail petition was dismissed as withdrawn by me on 25.11.2019.
