Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to extend the benefit of compensation issued by the second respondent and to pay compensation as per proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.33263/200643-3, dated 30.07.2011 vide the petitioner's representation, dated 05.05.2022. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The second respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 05.05.2022 for payment of compensation as per the proceedings dated 30.07.2011 and pass order. Such order shall be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
