This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15057 of 2023, dated 18.08.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court on receipt of summons. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
