ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent and his officials not to harass the petitioner and his family members unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2022 to the first respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e. 13.12.2022), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that a complaint given the third respondent came to be registered in C.No.386 of 2022 and after enquiry, the complaint was ordered to be closed.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 13.12.2022 SSL 2/4
