Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.YAMUNA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 17.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17661 of 2024. 1/3

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the conditions imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks was not complied by the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17661 of 2024 on 17.10.2024 is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Friday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of 4 weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
