2. After filing the writ petitions, the second respondent herein has passed an order on 17.10.2023 rectifying the grievances pointed out by the writ petitioners. The writ petitioners are being satisfied with the communication issued by the second respondent herein dated 17.10.2023, not presses in these writ petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Based upon the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioners, these Writ Petitions stand dismissed as not pressed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
