This Writ Appeal is filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent, to set aside the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.15752 of 2017, dated 12.10.2017 as far as fixation of the commencement of the payment of the rent from October 2017 and to modify the same as August 2017.

JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.] This Writ Appeal is filed against the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.15752 of 2017, dated 12.10.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the lease period for the appellant/writ petitioner has already been over and subsequently, the shop was leased out to another person by name Mukeshkumar and the lease period is also getting over by 31.03.2025. He has also produced the allotment letter and agreement entered between the temple and the new lessee.

3.In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives for further adjudication in this appeal. Hence, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
