2. This application is filed to extend the time for surrender as well as to comply the condition order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16877 of 2024, dated 03.10.2024.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and one week is extended from today to the petitioner to surrender as well as to comply the condition as imposed by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
