Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned standing counsel for the fourth respondent.

2.The first and second respondents are directed to consider and pass final order on the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Before passing final order, the private respondents herein shall be put on notice. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first and second respondents to pass order one way or the other. 2/4
