O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent 3 to conduct enquiry regarding the missing of original sale deed in Document No.168 of 2012 dated on 20.01.2012 of the petitioner and issue Non-Traceable Certificate by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2023 within the time stipulated.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 2012, the petitioner had purchased a land in S.F.No.284/10 to an extent of 0.09.20 acres vide document No.168 of 2012 dated 20.01.2012. On 20.06.2023, the petitioner has missed the above said original document. Since she could not get her documents back, she has applied for issuance of non traceable certificate.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2023 is pending.

4. Considering the above, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and complete the same by following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, the petitioner shall workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved.
