O R D E R

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Section 380 in Crime No.218 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution, as per the de-facto complainant, is that the petitioners have stolen the goats of the de-fact complainant on 23.09.2022. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely roped in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioners are habitual offenders, against whom, there are more number previous cases of similar nature ar pending, which are are as follows 1/3
