2.The petitioner is employed in the respondent corporation. He seeks to withdraw a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- from his contribution to Provident Fund in order to meet the expenses of his daughter marriage. 3.The respondents are directed to permit the petitioner to withdraw the eligible amount forthwith and without any delay. 4.The writ petition is allowed on these terms.
