Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.K.DINESH, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- 1/3
This Court, by an order dated, 21.10.2024 had directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court within a period of one week from today i.e.,21.10.2024, but, for some reasons, the petitioner was unable to appear before the concerned Court as directed by this Court and hence has filed this petition to extend the period by two weeks to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, time already granted by this Court vide order dated 21.10.2024 directing the petitioner to appear before the Family Court,Madurai is extended by ten days from today to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14460 of 2024 dated 21.10.2024.
