PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, to issue notice of contempt to the respondent herein and punish the respondent for violation of order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9903 of 2019 dated 15.07.2019.

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for violation of order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9903 of 2019 dated 15.07.2019.

2.The petitioner is present before this Court. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that though this Court directed the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of the order, the respondent was unable to file the final report in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

However, in due compliance of the order dated 15.07.2019, passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9903 of 2019, the respondent has filed final report the same has also been taken on file by the Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti in S.T.C.No.20 of 2020. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this contempt petition is closed.
