ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order, dated 23.11.2022 and consequently directing the respondent to hand over the key of the petitioner's factory under the name and style of Nathiya Packaging, Dhalavoipuram Village, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that a sum of Rs.10,62,288/- is due to the Respondent. It is also submitted that out of the above sum of Rs.10,62,288/-, the Petitioner shall pay Rs.1,00,000/- within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and remaining sum of Rs.9,62,288/- shall be paid in four equal installments, to which the learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent does not have serious objections.

3. Recording the same, this Court directs the Petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and remaining sum of Rs.9,62,288/- shall be paid in four installments i.e. on 15.01.2023, 15.02.2023, 15.03.2023 and 15.04.2023. In 2/4

the event of any default, the Respondent is at liberty to proceed in accordance with or take any action in accordance with law.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
