Prayer :- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Court to direct the 1st respondent to file a final report in Crime No.377 of 2015 which was transferred from the 2nd respondent herein within the time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER:- Criminal Original Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Sudalaiyandi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.V.Neelakandan, Additional Public Prosecutor on Behalf of the Respondents, this Court made the following order:

This Court by an order dated 18.02.2019, considering the age of the petitioner, has specifically directed the respondent police to file the final report within a period of four months and the same was posed on 18.04.2020 ' for reporting compliance'. On perusal of record, it is seen that the matter has not been listed on 18.04.2020.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that due to Covid-19 out break, there was a delay in complying with the Court order.
