ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatty, to issue process and complete inquiry in Crl.M.P.No.2262 of 2023 as expeditiously within the time stipulated fixed by this court.

2.Pending this petition, report has been called for from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatty. Now report has been received stating that after examination of witnesses are over, the case was posted for orders. Later, it was reopened. Now it is pending for further examination of witnesses. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even the matter is posted for orders, it is kept on adjourned without passing the order.

3.In view of the above said report submitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate, let the above said inquiry process be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order without unnecessarily adjourning the matter. 3/5
